For Incorrect Items Not Caused by Fault:

If you receive an item that is not faulty but is incorrect due to an error or decision on your part, you have the option to return the goods you ordered from us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, regardless of the reason. Please note that the cost of returning the goods to us will be your responsibility. Once we receive the returned goods, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid or issue an exchange credit as required. It's important to emphasize that a full refund will only be granted if the item is returned in its original packaging and remains in an unused, resaleable condition.

 

For Faulty Items or Our Mistakes:

Starting a Return:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and make it right.
